Generation Rx is a prevention program that educates people of all ages about safe medication practices and helps prevent medication misuse. Since its founding, thousands of people have been making a difference by delivering Generation Rx educational programs to youth, adults, patients, students, family members, and friends. We are eager to build on these efforts by offering a sustainable and effective approach for training individuals to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become Generation Rx Ambassadors. We believe veterinarians are poised to serve as effective Generation Rx Ambassadors by advocating for safe medication practices and by helping prevent medication misuse with their clients and within their community. By completing this training, you will join healthcare professionals from other disciplines, such as Nursing and Pharmacy, as well as community leaders who have become Generation Rx Ambassadors.
